Urban Wild Flower Meadow

Donation protected
This year with the help of Pictorial Meadows Lansdowne Tenants & Residents Association planted an urban wild flower meadow on the edge of our inner city estate. The meadow has attracted of lot of positive attention brightening the day of many passers-by and has become a much loved addition to the landscape helping increase community well-being and air quality. Importantly it has also provided a much needed haven for our pollinators and wildlife that are struggling in today's environment.

Lansdowne tenants and residents association were able to pay for the initial planting of the annual meadow directly out of the tenants & residents levy, but do not have enough funds to pay for a second year. Hopefully that is where you can help, we will need to raise £2000 in order to plant another annual meadow and £15,000 for a permanent perennial meadow. If you wish to see the urban wild flowers bloom again next year, please donate as much or as little as you can afford to miss. If you cannot afford to donate but support our meadow please share this campaign.

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated and will mean a previously unloved patch of grass nestled amidst the concrete and traffic right in the heart of Sheffield will continue to turn into a riotous display of colourful wild flowers.
