URBAN STREET ANGELS YOUTH SHELTER REMODEL

Yeagley’s Designs is excited to present to everyone an amazing remodel project in downtown San Diego. We have chosen to take on this project benefitting a local charity organization that holds a very special place in our hearts. We will be starting production in the next few months, and plan to have a full grand reveal in the fall of 2020.
      As the owner of Yeagley’s Designs and having experienced youth homelessness firsthand, I know what it’s like struggling to get on the right track. I have seen how Urban Street has made a meaningful difference in the lives of so many here in San Diego. The organization helps our youth find shelter from the streets, restoring the bonds of trust while helping them to get back on their feet to take on the world. They also have an amazing mentorship program that is open to the public, which helps to support the youth while they build new connections within the city life.
      This design project is to help update their 4-story facility with a new accommodating design, as well as creating a new warm, cozy feel to help the youth feel at home and safe. We have personally designed each level and dorms (see here as attached are some sketches ). 
      This funding is to help us get fully donated items in a timely fashion. The best part is all of the proceeds we don’t use for the remodel will go directly to Urban Street Angels and their programs to end youth homelessness in our community. Yeagley’s Designs will be full hands on deck as we move this project along! We will do our best to get the majority of the items needed via donation, as we would love to have extras left over for them to help keep the facility and organization going for many years.
