Family in need

A wonderful Chicago family is in need of your help.  I am their early intervention social worker and am seeking your support on their behalf.  The family consists of a single mother and three children, ages 2, 9 and 11.  Last year, the two-year-old was diagnosed with cancer.  The mother is dealing with all of this on her own.  She is unable to work because all her time is spent caring for her daughter and so she struggles to pay rent from month-to-month.  The older children are in need of new clothing and shoes for the upcoming school year.  Anything you can give would be helpful to this amazing, loving and kind family.  All money will go directly to them.
