We are Team Brittany, a group of family friends who want to help Brittany beat cancer. Please join us as we raise funds to help meet the overwhelming medical, insurance and living costs she is facing as she works every day to beat brain cancer.

Brittany was diagnosed with a Grade 4 Astrocytoma in October 2023. Since then, she has endured brain surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. During her treatment she lost her job as she is not able to work while undergoing treatment. She recently began her second round of chemotherapy that will last 6 months. Brittany will need long term medical care that includes MRI’s every two months, regular blood work and extensive testing. In addition to that she will be looking into clinical trials that she qualifies for and alternative cancer care treatments, which can be very costly. Not having a job and very limited insurance coverage are contributing to an untenable financial situation.

All funds will immediately go to help Brittany pay her living and medical costs; current and long-term. Help us alleviate this financial burden so she can concentrate on getting better. We have set the goal at $50,000 to help with the bare minimum for Brittany and her family. Realistically though, they will need $100,000 or more. Our long-term goal is to also help fund finding a cure for this aggressive form of brain cancer by supporting initiatives from organizations at the forefront of research and development like the National Brain Tumor Society and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (where Brittany is being treated).
