UP 2 Ford Field
Michael Rollo, also known as the Reverend of Roar (a Detroit Lions superfan) had his truck break down in the beautiful upper peninsula of Michigan. He was 365 miles away from his spiritual home of Ford Field. He took this unfortunate event to spurn a decision that would change the course of his trip and his life.
After seeing a sign reading "365 miles to Ford Field" (the home of the Detroit Lions) Rollo made a split-second decision to WALK home from the town of Goetzville, Michigan. He chose to use whatever fame he has as the Reverend of Roar to raise money for charities that mean a lot to him. He's averaging more than a marathon (26.2 miles) of walking per day to help those in need.
Rollo, a veteran, a musician, a performer, and a compassionate human being chose to raise money in the name of charity and love and is looking for your help to donate what you can.
Every day and night Rollo is streaming as he trudges more than a marathon a day down highways, small country roads, out of the way campgrounds, and through the scenic beauty of Michigan.
His walk can be viewed LIVE on streams every day and night as he makes it closer and closer to Ford Field.
