Uniformed Charity- School uniform provision 2023
*Update: We have raised >£10,500 so far from grants, corporate and individual fundraising for this Christmas donation drive. Uniformed aims to ensure that every child that needs a uniform, has access to one.
As reported by the Children Society, “With the cost of living soaring, this September, millions of families will struggle to afford the basics — let alone expensive uniforms”. We aim to ease the burden of patients during these difficult times by raising money for families to purchase school uniforms for their children
Aims of this donation drive:
- To provide uniforms for 100-200 children supported by £3,000-6,000 worth of funds
- 100% of proceeds will go towards directly purchasing vouchers with a uniform provider that are channeled to schools who will give out vouchers to parents
How much should I donate:
- Every £30 donated provides £50 worth of school uniforms for a school year
- In addition, donations will be matched 1:1 by our partnering charity trust- so your donation achieves 2x the impact!
