Unemployment Nightmare, Family seeking help!

He turned in everything they requested months ago and yet we still havent received anything. He has called 100 times waiting hours on the phone just to talk to anyone, but they keep brushing him off and don't have any an answer but just keep telling us to wait. We have waited so long and on the brink of losing everything we have worked hard to get. We desperately need help! We have four kids including a newborn and are facing eviction, starvation, and we are so afraid of what's to come. They just repossessed our vehicle so we're days from nothing.
