Ryzhik's Surgery Fund

Hello! 

Thank you very much for looking at my gofundme page. 

Ryzhik was hit by a car on May 14th, 2015 in Pikesville, Maryland. She is a stray kitten that happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. The driver left her where she was hit and drove off, according to the store owner that saw it all happen. 

My mother and I found her as we were pulling up to the Russian book store. Her meowing was heartbreaking, so we took it upon ourselves to save her. We took her to our local veterinarian to find out what injuries she has. Ryzhik has a pelvic fracture and possibly a ruptured bladder. The total bill for all of her surgeries and supplies is $1,309. 

I want to take her into our home as a new family member.

The reason I'm asking for your help is because we do not have that much money on our hands. My mother is a single mother and we are immigrants from Russia. Her English is minimal, so she works a minimum wage job at a Russian supermarket. I have a job, but together our earnings would not be enough to pay the vet bill and support ourselves.
