Ukrainian family need help please

Please help my family in their hour of need

Hello everyone!

My name is Daniil Shmidt and I am appealing to you on behalf of my family who are currently stranded in Ukraine amidst the current conflict that is happening.

As I’m sure you have seen on the news many civilians have suffered, including my family. My mom and grandmother are currently stuck in the Dontesk region as unfortunately my grandmother is unable to leave due to her age and health. Our family home was completely destroyed due to the latest hostilities and I am very grateful to God that my family was not at home. For now they are seeking shelter to try and stay safe from the conflict.

On the other side of the country, my brothers are in the city of Kyiv where they are being forced to hide from rockets and bombs and every day I pray for their phone call to arrive.

My family have spent their lives helping others, donating to charities which help children with disabilities and help other families in their hour of need. For the first time in my life I am asking people to help my family in return.

Please, I ask you all, if it’s possible to help my beloved mothers and brothers stay alive then I will be forever grateful. Every penny I raise will be used towards ensuring their safety by providing food, medicine and shelter.

Let's hope for the best and pray together that this current suffering and loss of human life to an empty situation ends and we all live happily again!
