- Reduce evictions due to rent arrears and anti social behaviour.

We are seeking investment & funds to scope, design, develop and run a UK wide tenants register for "good and bad" tenants Ie
- Lodgers,
- BTL tenants
- HMO tenants,
- Commercial tenants
- Serviced Accommodation operators and occupants.
- Good and rogue letting agents
To offer balance against the RRB's mandatory landlord register.
We believe of the c2.64m+ UK landlords and 2000+ commercial landlords.
If only 25% were to donate £10 each we would meet our funding goal
A realistic target considering that
we're asking for a very small amount to prevent rogue tenants costing potentially £4000 in eviction costs plus loss in average UK rent of £30000 ! That's £33000 !
It takes 9 to 24 months to gain possession depending on location.

For residential, SA occupants and commercial ALL linked so searches span ALL registers yet offered to 3 distinct markets segments.
- Check An Agent (c)
A service that validates estate & letting agents and SA operators.
The register will be accessible via the web, smartphone, app, watch and tablet to search with an alert based service indicating changes to registered tenants.
So to better forecast and manage risk

As an initial guide
- Landlords look to contribute £10 ideally £25 per property.
- Commercial Landlords, Developers and Investors at your discretion we would prefer £500 plus.
This fund will allow the design & build of the services.
Spanning commercial, residential, agency and SA.
One residential prevention of an eviction can save upto £33000's in legal, balif and damage costs
It will then be funded by external revenue streams ie advertising from the trade, pay as you go and subscription models by related organisations
We're also seeking funds from mortgage residential & commercial lenders, solicitors, landlord organisations and trade bodies to contribute too from £1000 plus ?
