Help a mother get her children back

8 months ago my ex(husband) stole my children!  I have been a single mom since the birth of my youngest child, for seven years!  I raised them alone in Toronto.  A year and a half ago I brought the kids to try living in Mexico, so that they could have more access to their father and their Mexican family.  On a weekend visit he STOLE THEM! He has corrupted the system, he has paid off police, judges and prosecutors! He has made false aligations against me, iligally.  I have filed with human rights to recitify said charges.  He has pressed charges on me for disturbing and obscene things with zero evidence, because none exists! My charges are in the process of being dropped...  I have been fighting legally within the law, where as he is doing everything iligally!  The judge has ruled that he is not to leave the city with the kids and not to make any changes in their lives...  he has not been in the city since June and he has completly changed the kids lives the judge is fully aware and does nothing! With a protection order that I had to get from a federal judge, judge Xochitl Becerra  Bentata has been ordered to schedule visits every Friday and Saturday.  He has missed every visit for the last almost four months and the judge does nothing!  The law here states if one visit is missed its a fine if a second visit is missed its a double fine for the third missed visit its an arrest warrant.  I have been present at 20 missed visits and zero justice is happening.  I know this is only happening because I'm a tourist and they are being RACIST and are refusing me all of my rights but most importantly the rights of MY MINOR CHILDREN! The courts have not followed the law.  The children's rights come first, but no one is acting in their best interest.  They have refused me a translator and the involvement of my consulate! They know I'm a tourist and insist i pay out of pocket for a translator and lawyer.  They will not provide me with any aid.  They know I'm a tourist.  I have a lawyer here and in Canada they are doing the most they can.  I'm living with friends so I have minimal living expenses.  If anyone can help me in any way, I would be so absolutely greatful for the support!  I am doing this to help me bring my children home.  They have not seen me or spoken to me in weeks.  I have not hugged them in 8 months with the exception of the time I saw them in court! Their father has kidnapped them and they simply don't understand what is going on.  The money raised will be strictly for lawyer fees!  Please HELP ME BRING MY CHILDREN HOME!!!  GOD WILLING THIS WEEK THEY WILL ISSUE AN ARREST WARRANT!!!
