Five Brothers Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort

If you are considering supporting the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts but don’t know where to donate, here is an opportunity for you to do so.

Whether you can afford to donate $5 dollars or $5,000 dollars, it will all be accepted and put to immediate use.

We five brothers all grew up in Iowa and now live in various states across the country.

We have committed to converging on the Houston area on September 23, 2017 and staying through the 30th of September to help with relief efforts.

This GoFundMe page is dedicated to accepting financial contributions to help assist in defraying the costs.

All five of us grew up working on farms, running equipment and doing hard physical work.

All five of us can run chainsaws, but more importantly all five of us can run heavy machinery, and several of us have done so professionally.

Any amount you can afford to give is scalable.

If we raise $50 total, it will be used to defray fuel costs.

If we can raise $500, it will be used to defray fuel, lodging, and meal costs.

If we can raise $5,000, it will be used to defray fuel, lodging and to rent skidloaders with grapple buckets.

If we can raise more than that, we will be able to rent skidloaders, a backhoe and a dump truck.

In other words, the more money we are able to raise the more we will be able to do for the people of Texas.

We are not thieves. We are not doing this to line personal pockets.

We want to go down there and help these people in any way we can, but we can help them far more if we have the financial resources to rent the equipment necessary to do it.

If by some miracle there are funds left over in the GoFundMe account after it is all over, it will be donated to further efforts in the Houston area.
