Taal Volcano Relief

This is my hometown, Taal. I was born there, then moved to London when I was 3, but every two years I went back home to visit family. Right now, the circumstances back home are far from okay.

There's been zero visibility, families have had to evacuate and leave their homes, it's almost a ghost town with ash covering everything, that includes farmers vegetation and agriculture, continuous earthquakes and much more chaos.

They may not be able to voice it, but here's me asking you and encouraging you to donate to help all those affected by the Taal Volcano eruption. 

With whatever you can give, it will make a massive difference to the people back home.

My family and I (in London) will intend to use the donations to buy:
• Food and water
• Toiletries/ health kits
• Mats/blankets for evacuees to sleep on 
• Care for babies/young children/pregnant women

My uncle is a senior member of The Rotary Club there in Taal Lemery and I will be liaising with him to manage the funds to help people back home. (The Rotary Club is a "non-profit organisation whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.")


I'm going to regularly keep you guys posted with what your donations have been used for including any receipts as well.
