Linette Holley Recovery

Linette Holley was in a horrible car accident in Ottumwa Iowa on the night of Monday May 4th, 2015.  She was taken from Ottumwa Regional Health Center to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics by ambulance immediately following the accident and has been unconcious since.  She experienced swelling of the brain, damage above her left eye, multiple fractures in her hands and spine as well as other injuries.  Linette has had surgery to relieve pressure on her brain and repair the damage above her eye, but remains in critical condition and will be in the hospital for a longer duration of time.  As her best friend, I have been overwhelmed by the amazing support on social media websites.  I know that Linette would appreciate all of the concern, love and prayers that have been sent her way.  This account will help her family while they are away from work, supporting Linette at the hospital as well as going towards the numerous medical costs that are adding up quickly.  I wish that I could do more to help her, because I love Linette so much- I feel like this is the least that we can all do for her.  Please continue to send prayers and thoughts of love to her and her family in this difficult time.  I'm sorry if this writing seems scatter brained, but I hope everyone understands the seriousness of Linette's situation.  Anything helps!
