My name is Deema Taha, I'm 29 years old, I'm Translator, I live in Palestine, North Gaza.

In 7 October 2023, The genocide has began, and everything has changed, we left our home and tried to go to another area in Gaza to save our lives, but! The bombs and rockets were everywhere, each night was a nightmare! We knew that our home was destroyed.

And my father's Bus, which is our income, was burned by rockets. We lost everything!

In 3 December 2023, a rocket fell on my grandma's house, my mother and my uncle had injured but we survived..

In 1 July 2024, The Israeli Army bombed the street with a reconnaissance missile, so I got injured by shrapnel of the missile, they entered my feet and still inside due to the limited capabilities here in Northern Gaza.

I'm type one diabetic, so the situation was different for me, I was and still afraid because of the lack of Insulin, injections, food and water. I supposed to have five injections in normal case daily, but in this war, I forced myself to have three because of the lack of medicine. So my health is in danger and getting worse because of diabetes and these shrapnel in my feet.

My old sister is married outside and she was pregnant in nine months when the genocide began, we supposed to be with her and support her but we stuck in North Gaza, she was alone and her life was in risk with the baby as she stayed in hospital for four days then they made a caesarean and her health not that well as she still alone with the babygirl Caroleen.

My old brother was working at a company but it destroyed.

And my young brother has been studying at the University for four years, but it also destroyed.

We have nothing here. My father, my mother, my brothers, and I, love life and hope to live peacefully but this area has no peace...

In North Gaza, there is no food, there is no water, no income, there is nothing.
