Edmonds Historical Museum turns 47!

Tax deductible
It's our birthday!

The Edmonds Historical Museum turns 47, and in honor of this distinction, we want to ask you to help us keep our doors open to make it to our half-century celebration in 2023. While we can't party together and blow out the candles, help us blow up our birthday digitally by donating $47 , $470 or anywhere in between to reach our goal!

The museum opened on August 3, 1973 with the goal of preserving and sharing our community's history. That goal is still apart of our mission today, with an active collection of over 26,000 items. Though we had to shut our doors in March, we have continued to share history with the community through social media.

The Edmonds-South Snohomish County Historical Society and the Edmonds Historical Museum is a private non-profit and receives no regular funding from the city, county or state. Community and volunteer support allows us to bring creative and engaging exhibits and local events to the community including the Haunted Museum, popcorn at Edmonds Tree Lighting and the Edmonds Scarecrow Festival, along with the Edmonds Summer Market, our biggest fundraiser.

We appreciate your new and continued support during these times!
