Chris III and Shane Folsom (twins) suffered a very tragic loss on December 6th, 2015. Their father, Christopher David Folsom Jr, passed away unexpectedly at the very young age of 27.
The twins were born in December of 2011 with birth defects that have required multiple sugeries in their very young lives, and they will have to endure more in their very young future. If having this uphill battle wasn't enough, now they will have the added burden of growing up without their father.
Their mother Brooke is doing the best she can in her situation, but she isn't currently able to provide their daily needs and save for their future.
We are raising money that will be placed into a trust for the twins. These funds will be used to provide assistance towards a higher education when they graduate highschool. We want to make sure that these boys grow up seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, and that light will be a college education unburdened by student loan debt. The light will be the Hope of a better future. The light may even be bigger than that. Your gift may help the boys one day be able to use that higher education to provide back helping others that experience similar situations.
The reason this is so close to our hearts is because these boys are our grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, cousins, and on and on. Their father displayed so much love to everyone, and now we want to make sure he feels how much we loved him back by honoring his memory and providing for his children now that he won't get that opportunity to provide himself here on Earth.
