MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION

Hi everyone my name is Josefa (Jo), I'm a mum of 4 beautiful children and as the years went on my health wasn't all that... I was in and out of hospital with something and I was in pain each and everyday... my legs would give way in cold weather yet I still had to get up and go, after a good friend shared something amazing with me 6 months ago I started using it around 4 months ago... I started to feel human again I had so much energy it was unreal. I'm now walking around 10 miles a day and I'm in complete shock the change in me using a simple nutrition sisterm can do. So a month ago I made a decision to do a sponsored walk for MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION I'm always a strong believer of giving back and this challenge I've set myself is to do just that, so on 24th October 2017 I will start a walk to London from Great Yarmouth around 145 miles over 2/3 says in add of this amazing charity and a big thank you to a company and friend... I feel they have given me my life back
