Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a child—helping my mom make cookies and muffins for school or getting to decorate birthday cakes for family members. What began as a hobby quickly became a source of comfort, creativity, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours experimenting, learning, and falling deeper in love with the art of baking.

Alongside this passion is my deep love for travel. Exploring new places has shaped who I am, constantly teaching me new ways to see the world—and myself. The idea of learning pastry arts in France, a place steeped in culinary tradition and artistry, is more than just exciting.
