I'm proud to represent KindaSound Radio, a vibrant and transformative initiative that goes beyond the conventional boundaries of a radio station. We are an integral part of The Missing Kind Charity (UK, Reg 1156133), and our mission is nothing short of catalyzing profound change in the lives of individuals, communities and eradicating Social Isolation.

Our vision is inclusive, reaching people of all ages to ensure that no one is left out of the transformative journey we aspire to ignite. Partnering with national and local charities, schools, colleges, universities, local authorities, and ethical businesses, we weave a rich tapestry of stories that reflect the diversity of our community.

Based at The Missing Sock on Newmarket Road, Cambridge, our headquarters serves as a hub of creativity and collaboration that supports individuals with their mental health & wellbeing. We open our doors to provide invaluable work experience and collaboration opportunities for those who wish to support our radio's operations. KindaSound Youth, an integral extension of our KindaSound Radio Family, focuses on investing in the future of our youth.

Committed to working with individuals aged 11-24, including those with diverse needs such as learning disabilities, mental health challenges, neuro-diversity, and vulnerability, KindaSound Youth provides a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space. Here, young individuals collaborate with professional coaches, presenters, and audio engineers, honing their creativity, acquiring new skills, building confidence, and engaging in team-work and problem-solving activities.

Our fundraising efforts are pivotal in extending our reach within the community, acquiring additional equipment, and taking KindaSound Radio on the road around the UK to touch the lives of people eradicating social isolation. Our aim is to eradicate social isolation so no one is alone. Offer free spaces on our 8-10 week programme. It will allow us to support our wonderful volunteers who dedicate their time to making this happen.
