Tubbs Fire Devastation Zack & Kyle

Late Sunday night we woke up to the most terrifying news. We had to leave our houses, grabbing what we could on the way as the Tubbs Fire engulfed Santa Rosa.  Our longtime family friends Zack and Kyle live in the Coffey Park neighborhood and woke up with minutes left to run for their lives. They grabbed what they could and loaded a car and got out with barely minutes to spare. By the time they arrived at the house we all evacuated to, their home was gone. They lost the house they were renting and everything they had, minus a few personal items they took on their way out. Zack and Kyle are the most caring, giving guys who would give anyone they encountered the shirt of their back. Unfortunately, they have the clothing they have on right now and a few small things, but they had to leave it all behind as the fire was quickly approaching. We are so thankful that they and Kyle's girlfriend, Apryl, got out okay, but their road to recovery will be long. As they try to figure out where they are going to live, anything will help as they begin to heal. No amount is too small and these guys and Apryl are so grateful for the love and support in this time of tragedy. Our thoughts and our hearts go out to those affected by these fires as Santa Rosa tries to recover from this devastating destruction.

Edit: per Gofundme’s request, I’m updating this to include that these funds are for Zack and Kyle Perry and Apryl Warren who lost their home on Pine Meadow on Sunday, October 8 as a result of the Santa Rosa Tubbs Fire. Any funds raised will be used to help with immediate needs such as clothing, toiletries, blankets, pillows etc. They will also be used to help them find another place to live in the near future. My name is Haley Rose and my husband, Kameron Rose, has been friends with Zack and Kyle since he was young and considers them brothers.
