Wyatt's Journey

Hello everyone,

Mr. Wyatt was involved in a burn accident. He was around a fire and his pajama pants caught on fire. Due to having gas poured on him. 

He upper legs/ thighs are about 19% burned. His levels as of now are stable. 

So we are trying to raise some funds in order to keep up with the expenses of transportation, parkinng and gas. As well as help with some of the other bills that are expected. And possible hotel costs. As me, mom will not be able to go back to work for awhile. As well as having 3 other children.

But since the situation happened with a family member, that we were living with. We no longer feel safe. We are now looking for new housing and going to need some help with cost of moving. 

Update on our sonny boy wyatt.

 He had his first round of skin grafting done this morning. He was in surgery for 4hours. They took two big pieces of skin off of his back and a smaller piece from his left thigh. They stretched them and meshed them enough to fit on both the right and left thigh burns. We are back in ICU, as it was a major surgery. He is doing well. The doctors said he did amazing and they are hoping for the best. He will be heavily monitored, with 24hour care.  As well as heavily medicated since he did have a pretty big surgery. The doctors are hoping for at least another 10 more days in ICU. Also hoping they will not have to do any more skin grafting surgery. We are hoping the healing process within these next 10days goes good. Its still going to be a long road ahead. But wyatt is strong and resilient!
