Trying 2 avoid living on the street

Im going to give the best shortened yet detailed version with update.... As a parent you only want the best for your children.  I have 5 beautiful, well rounded, athletic and loving children that absolutely mean the world to me.  We bought our first house in 2015, put $100,00 into making it our own. Within a year welcomed our newest addition,  our 5th child,  everything was great.  Husband lost his job a month after he was born,  December 2016 when the company went out of business with no notice and our taxes sky rocketed and our mortgage went from $1600 a month to almost $2400 a month.  We went through everything trying to maintain for our family with no support from anyone,  not even family.  Could barely keep the power on and food on the table and needing car insurance. Before we both found jobs around July of last year, we were delivering pizza for a place in Elizabeth thats open til 4 and 5am 7 days a week just to make some money to try and hire a lawyer in order to claim bankruptcy to slow down the process of losing our home and try to start paying off the debt and whatever else it all entailed, we would take the 2 youngest with us driving around to deliver because we drove to places like Newark and Elizabeth and the idea of just my husband going alone didnt sit well. So needless to say we retained a lawyer spent hours on paper work etc. To give this man every penny we were making, feeling like maybe we were headed towards some positivity to get a letter in the mail about a month later stating all debt collectors are back to being able to contact us to collect all debts because we never made a monthly payment like we agreed to in the bankruptcy which we were never made aware of how much and to whom, the lawyer said wait to hear from him and we never did...... Until i called him inquiring about this nonpayment agreement, he told us he can re submit it, if we want too, to rehire him and he will take care of it.....not nice, he took adventage big time!! I currently work about 78+ hours a week between the 2 jobs  and my husband works 30 or so around me not working because we can not afford childcare for us to both be able to work regular normal day time hours in order to both be able to be available for our children together like a family in the evening for special events and sports etc. like they are used too, its taking its toll on everyone. . My husband has been finding it so hard to find a job that allows him to care for his family, he has experience in Import/Export/Logistics Supervisor/Warehouse/Dock manager/Dispatch/Yard Jockey/Custodial/Landscaping/Plumbing and Contracting... I am a CPR Certified/Certified Medical Assistant, have my bartending license and 25+ years experience caring for children aside from my years as a mom! Our home was auctioned off a few weeks ago and now belongs to someone else. Fast forward to today, we received the little pink certified mail letter pick up ticket from the post office, from the new owners. Trying to avoid living on the street in our car, which we recently had to buy a used, 20 year old vehicle which we cant all fit in, with our income tax money that we were going to use to put towards an apartment rental, for my husband to drop me off at work for 4:30 am at Dunkin in Westfield to come back home in Roselle Park to wake up oldest son to drop him off for work at 6:30 am at BP in Mountainside(same owner as Amoco) to come back home and wake up our 3 school aged children and drop them off at 3 different times to 3 different schools to come home and take care of the house and our 2 and half year old to go back to mountainside to pick son up at 2:45 from work to come home and pick the kids up back to the house to get ready for work to leave at 4 ish to make it to work at Amoco in Westfield that Dunkin is located inside of Amoco which I leave Dunkin at 11:30 am and start work at noon at Amoco til 5 when my husband arrives and I head home with said vehicle to take care of home to come back to Amoco to pick him for 11/11:30 pm to go home to bed to do it all Over again. I am not complaining I wanted to paint a picture of a typical day because we have 3 vehicles at the house right now that need work on them, 2000 Suburban, a 2006 Odyssey mini van and a 2007 Subaru impreza and its taking a toll on this vehicle already all the back and forth which we desperately need in order to make it back and forth to work for all of us, can't afford to fix them all or even one for that matter. Have been looking at apartment rentals and they all require credit checks which now our credit is shot due to this loss of ours and loss of our home and all the bills that have been piling up. We have spent and continue to spend countless hours sending resumes. My husband has yet to find a job that allows him to care for our family. He isnt being picky, Asking for help is hard for me,  something I have never ever done,  if and when I needed too,  we just figured it out,  everyone has their own problems, no need to put mine on them.  But today is the day,  I am reaching out, We are reaching out as a family, because WE really ONLY have one another. Any information on apartment rentals of your own or someone you may know with an understanding of our situation as far as our credit goes and that non payment was not a choice and we are going through a rough patch right now and just need a little help and guidance. Reasonably priced childcare, that maybe we can afford, someone who enjoys fixing and working on cars..... I am placing it in God's hands,  and praying that it all will work out,  somehow, along with the help and prayers of all of my friends and friends of friends and those who become friends/family Thank You,  Thank You, ThankYou!!!!!!! God Bless You All!
