Troop 788 Scout Trailer Replacement Fund

Hi, my name is David; I volunteer with Boy Scout Troop 788 in Summerville, South Carolina. We had our trailer was stolen from our church parking lot sometime around August 1st, 2022. We need your help to replace our lost trailer and gear.

We routinely used this trailer to carry our camping gear on monthly campouts, water adventures, and other trips like annual summer and winter camps. Fortunately, the trailer was lightly loaded as the troop had just returned from summer camp in July. Besides the trailer, we did lose some content like patrol dining flys & poles, some cast iron cookware, propane bottles, lanterns, and some incidental camping supplies and materials. We purchased this trailer through the boys' hard work and countless fundraising hours and customized the trailer with the name of the dozens of boys who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with our troop.

Purchasing a replacement trailer will be demanding from the budget of a non-profit organization. We’ve set up this gofundme page to help offset at least some of the cost of replacing the trailer and lost contents.
