Note: the fundraising campaign is managed by Antoine Vallas. I'm a French citizen living in Rome, Italy, and have met Trinella in Mexico City in July of this year. We have quickly become close friends and confidents and have since been in touch everyday. I travelled again to Mexico City this September after Trinella was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time, and we decided to start a fundraising campaign to pay for her surgeries and treatment. We are fundraising together, in euros, because gofundme is not available in Mexico. I have created the campaign on behalf of Trinella. The funds collected will be sent directly to Trinella by wire transfer at the end of the campaign, and will be used to pay for a biopsy, mastectomy of left breast, reconstruction of left breast with implant, radiation, and other expenses linked to her stay in the hospital.

Mi nombre es Trinella López, en marzo de este año me diagnosticaron con cáncer de mama en el seno derecho, me hicieron una ganglio centinela, una mastectomía y reconstrucción. Tuve varias complicaciones y en total me hicieron 10 cirugías en un lapso de un mes y medio.
Durante ese tiempo tenía seguro por medio del trabajo de mi ex-esposo pero fué despedido el 16 de julio y me quedé sin seguro.
El 18 de septiembre me diagnosticaron cáncer de nuevo en el seno izquierdo, debo hacer todos los procedimientos de la vez anterior, esta vez no cuento con seguro y no tengo ahorros, ya que no he podido trabajar en los últimos meses debido a la recuperación, con las cirugias perdí movimiento en el brazo y he tenido que hacer terapias para recuperarlo.
He buscado soluciones con aseguradoras pero no me pueden asegurar por lo menos por dos años debido a mi condición preexistente.

Remover dorsal izquierdo de la espalda y rotarlo al pecho

Estiman que debo de quedarme en el hospital entre 5-7 dias por lo delicado de la cirugía.
Es devastador ser diagnosticada con cancer dos veces en un período de 6 meses, es lo más difícil que he tenido que hacer, aún sigo cansada de la primera ronda pero no tengo opción.
No soy alguien que suele pedir ayuda, pero en este momento realmente la necesito, así que si puedes donar, mil gracias, y si no puedes, te pido que compartas esto para que se corra la voz.

My name is Trinella López, in March of this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the right breast, I had a sentinel node, a mastectomy and reconstruction. I had several complications and I had 10 surgeries in a month and a half.
During that time I had insurance through my ex-husband's job but he was fired on July 16 and I was left without insurance.
On September 18 I was diagnosed with cancer again in the left breast, I must do all the procedures from the previous time, this time I have no insurance and I have no savings, since I have not been able to work in the last months due to recovery, With the surgeries I lost movement in my arm and I had to do therapies to recover it.
I have looked for solutions with insurers but they cannot cover me for at least two years due to my pre-existing condition.

Sentinel Node biopsy
Mastectomy
Remove left dorsal back and rotate to chest
Reconstruction of the left breast with implant
Radiation
They estimate that I must stay in the hospital between 5-7 days due to the delicate nature of the surgery
It's a lot being diagnosed with cancer twice in a 6 month period, it's devastating, it's the hardest thing I've ever been through and I'm not one to ask for help, but right now I really need it, so if you can donate, please do and if you can't, I ask you to share this so the word gets out.
