Tri~County Veterans AMVets Post 127

I, Candace R. Morgan, am turning to this website, gofundme, not only as the Commander but as a lifetime member here at my Veterans Post, AMVETS Post 127 to ask you, whether members of our Post or any Post for that matter, and the community for help!! We are in financial trouble due to the recent string of robberies,(lex 18,wymt, and wkyt has done interviews/stories on/with me to get our story out there), and with number 5 robbery occurring just recently, it hurts my heart as the Commander to say that without donations from you, that we don’t know how much longer we can keep our head above water, so to speak. I have been on the phone with insurance company on and off after every robbery pleading with them to help us, only to have the claims so far denied, for one reason or another and I fear they’re responses will not change. I'm honestly at a lose of words on the whole situation and lack of support we have seen so far, and I’m hoping it is do to no one really knowing the situation we are in and I hate that as the Commander, that I have had to turn to asking for help from our AMVets Family, Members and the community!
