Travel Abroad Experience for High School Students

In June of 2019, Liberty Partnerships Program - Pace University will be taking a trip Europe called The Summer Scholars Global Citizens Initiative. We have been given the opportunity to participate in this highly selective leadership program. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and experience. We will spend 10 days, from June 28th to July 7th, 2019, in Paris and London gaining rich cultural and historical experiences.

As high school students, we will be expanding our knowledge of colleges by touring various universities, including Oxford University, Christ Church College and Sobonne University while on our trip. Other locations of visit that will expose us to the history and culture of Europe include: a trip to the House of Parliament , Palace of Versailles, Notre Dame, Bodleian Library, Oxford Castle, Eiffel Tower, Maison de Victor Hugo, and many more!
 
This trip is different from any other study abroad programs because the focus is on using our academic experience to strengthen our decision-making skills and how they connect with my future plans to attend college and pursue the career of my choice.
