Transitions For Life

Transitions For Life currently has 5 locations in Kansas City, Missouri dedicated to assisting homeless individuals stabilize, find jobs, and assist in permanent housing.  We know how important it is to have a place to call home, but there are many who have encountered unfortunate situations.  These individuals are not bad people, just people with a bit of bad luck.  We want to help.  The more we do, the more need we see, and it seems like its never enough.  We have found through our efforts, very little options in Kansas City, KS for homeless individuals, especially veterans, who just need a place to stabilize and start over.  We are raising money to open 2 new homes in Kansas City, KS for homeless individuals.  We work with local agencies to provide supportive services to assist in transportation, education and training, food, clothing, and case management.  We need YOUR help! One by one we can get people off the street, into jobs, and into a place they call home.  Help us help our community.  Anything you can do assist is appreciated and please know that every single dollar will be used in that effort.
