Tracey Knights funeral deposit

Hi my name is Andy and my partner suddenly passed away on the 21st june in her flat due to a blocked bowl what ruptured we have a 16 year old daughter who was with me when we found her im organising her funeral and the funeral directors has asked for a 50% deposit up front wich I haven't got i only just had enough to pay for her death certificate iv sorted out a funeral payment with the government but the co op said it wont cover half of it they said you can have a direct cremation with no funeral service just get traceys ashes delivered wich I will not let happen as me and my daughter want to say good bye to her mum my partner in the way Tracey deserves with her loved ones around her all the money will be paid direct to the funeral directors Tracey was only 52 when she passed away and we are very great full of any help from the bottom of are harts thank you so much
