Medical bills and Loss of Income

Hi, my name is Ian , and I’ve been close friends with Eric and Kim for many years.

Eric became very ill in October 2022.

He was admitted to hospital for a lengthy stay due to liver issues. He was released near Thanksgiving where the doctors are still awaiting more results to determine if he will need a transplant.

Being so ill he has not been able to work and has had to use short/long term disability benefits.

The one month stay accompanied by not being able to pay mortgage has topped off at more than $40,000.

My wife is doing the best she can and making partial payments, but the creditors only work with you for so long.

She works all day, takes care of their daughter and then helps take care of her elderly parents.

They are doing the best they can, and never thought they’d have to ask for help, particularly, financially.

If you can find in the kindness of your heart and can spare a few dollars, or even a prayer, it would be greatly appreciated by the family.
