Toya's Fight

Hi, my name is Lakeitha and I'm raising funds to help my sister in her fight with breast cancer.

My sister, Kristian "Toya" Donald who resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. Her physician’s treatment plan included a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation treatments thank God it worked. We were extremely thankful when we received the great news of her being cancer free in 2020.

Kristian is a wife and mother of twin boys age 10 whom she home schooled then and now in between the treatments, nausea and exhaustion. Early this year, 2023 we were blown away upon finding out the cancer has returned. It is now stage four metastatic breast cancer to the liver. Although the prognosis is low, we are believing God for a miracle.

Her husband Brian has been the only one working and has missed many days due to caring for her needs to include their sons. All of Brian’s accrued leave had been exhausted, which means he was off work without pay. Being off without pay also means no health insurance to cover Kristian’s health care. In July, Brian lost his job due to him not being able to leave her at home alone to go to work. There are a lot of things she is not physically able to perform right now such as cooking, cleaning, driving, just to name a few.

We have started a Go fund me to help cover her medical bills, mortgage, and other bills that they are facing during this very challenging time. Kristian and Brian are not only in need of your continued prayers but also your financial support. We thank you all in advanced and God bless you all.
