We are Towngate homeowners tired of our quarterly fees being spent lavishly without accountability. The entrenched management company is stonewalling our requests for transparency, contracts are awarded to the same group of vendors without competitive bidding in violation of Florida laws.
We are dedicated to correcting what has gone wrong in our community.
Our mission is:
- To renegotiate or cancel Comcast contract, otherwise the Towngate Master Association will have to raise our quarterly fees again, this time by 40% to pay for the compounding 4% automatic annual increase for cable services
- To conduct a truly independent audit on why $ 1.5 Million of our reserves were spent
- To hold the management company accountable for spending over budget
- To review all long-term contracts and ensure real competitive bidding
- To reduce our quarterly fees and increase the value of our homes
- To bring new leaders who listen to us and represent our interests
- TO CREATE A COMMUNITY, WE FEEL PROUD TO LIVE IN
As you can imagine such a change will not happen easily. We need to force the current management out.
