Torphins Golf Club - Defibrillator Saves Lives

Every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces your chance of survival.

That is why Torphins Golf Club want to raise money to purchase a Community Defibrillator located at the clubhouse.

If your nearest public access to one, is at the other end of the village, could you easily reach it and return to the person suffering from a cardiac arrest within ten minutes.

We will register our defibrillator with The Circuit - a national network that provides the NHS ambulance services with vital information about local defibrillators.

Who benefits : members of the community, golfers, walkers, family, friends children and adults.

The fundraising target of £1500.00 will cover the full cost of the defibrillator. We very much hope that no one has to use it, but it certainly gives comfort knowing it is there.
