Toney House Fire Relief

Hello,

My name is Jessi Yuknek, I live across the street from the Toney's.

On Sunday, September 12th, I text Rhonda at 11:54AM to tell her I heard smoke alarms and asked if they were home.

Things became a blur quickly from that point. It in fact was a fire on the second floor and could not be contained by the time they arrived home. 911 was called at 11:57 and Horry County arrived very quickly.

Unfortunately, the damage was done. The second floor of their home is all four of the kids rooms. The clothes have been sent out to be cleaned today, but they won't know what can be salvaged for a few days/weeks. They all will need new beds, blankets, toys, rugs, puzzles, etc.

I am going to work with Rhonda to create an Amazon wish list as well.

For anyone that has dealt with insurance or disaster relief, you know that it takes time. There are four kids that are ultimately in desperate need of our help.

Anything, small or large can help this family.
