Since 2017 No Ghost Bears has been serving coffee to you, our community, not just any coffee shop but a place for you to feel a connection, build strong bonds, and have a safe space to be yourselves while enjoying delicious coffee. We created a strong community of lifelong customers far and wide, and I know we touched every one of you in one way or another.

If you have been around in the last year, you probably already know, but if not, and you have been watching from afar, here's a little catch-up to our current situation.

During covid, we survived after knuckling down and putting so much time and work into keeping the business alive, adding a food program with contactless delivery and merch. After weathering that storm, we were hit again; about one year ago, we experienced a situation due to the building management. We were forced to close for some time, resulting in even more significant losses to the point we could not return.

We have been forced to enter into legal proceedings and have stretched all our resources to their fullest. We're at a point where we need all the help to stand a chance in this civil lawsuit. Without your donations, it would be hard for us to continue to fight.

If I ever served you a cup of coffee, now is the time I need you to donate a cup of coffee back. To support the ongoing lawsuit I'm facing, I have used every resource I have and am still fighting the flood and its impact on my company, finances, employees and community. I'm at the point where I can't continue the fight but need to continue to stand a better chance. I spent a decade in one location serving people and being there for a whole community; I served the coffee industry for 26 years and probably made a million cups of coffee during my whole career.
