To help raise money for the Diabetes Unit.

Hi my daughter Martha (aged 10) was diagnosed one year ago with type 1 diabetes.

She’s doing great but it’s not without the help and support from the diabetes unit at the Sheffield’s children’s hospital.

They have been amazing and this year Martha went away on a trip to Edale for one night with other children who have diabetes and with staff from the unit too.

This is funded by the hospital and donations.

So for that reason,Martha wants to run from our home to the Children’s hospital (roughly 3 miles) to help raise money to go towards this.

She is going to do this on Christmas Eve.
