It provides a safe, warm, welcoming, cost-free 'home away from home' for families whose child is being treated at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow and other hospitals in the West of Scotland. This allows parents to remain close to their child without having to travel long distances or having the financial burden of where to stay. This is their place to focus on the most important thing - the health of their child.
