IN THE FLOW FOR MENTAL HEALTH

I am the founder of the charity which has been supporting the community for nearly eleven years. I have a passion for mental health as I have worked in the area for over forty years. My aim is to raise enough money to establish peer support led groups in the community so our members can continue to support one another and meet to engage with activities and know 'its o.k. not to be o.k.'

To do this, I am swimming in the Henley on Thames swimming festival on July 9th and entering the zoggs half mile swimming challenge.

Monies raised will pay for room hire and resources so our members can continue to run activities such as a peer led drawing class by a very talented member, wellbeing classes and other social activities.
