Title IX rights at Guilford College

This is our fight song… as we march on to protect our legal rights under Title IX we urgently need your support. We have a scheduled two-day mediation with Guilford College and Tom Palombo next week.  We are in need of financial support at this time to pay the costs of the mediation. We are engaging in this mediation in a meaningful way and with the hope to resolve this dispute with Guilford College and work together toward achieving gender equity in athletics at the college.  We hope that we can resolve this now through mediation, so we can all put the time and resources toward resolving the gender equity issues at Guilford College rather than using them on years of litigation.    

 

We are represented by Felice Duffy (http://www.duffylawct.com/) in the pursuit of basic Title IX protection and application at Guilford College.
