Welcome to my gofundme page, and thank you for stopping by. My name is Tracey Dodson and I am renovating a building in Downtown Zanesville, OH. . It is my goal to help revitalize a once thriving Downtown Business District, and the local economy, by transforming the space into a women's boutique named ThreadedRoots.
If you are familiar with Downtown Zanesville you know it has seen better days, but there is still life in its streets. Businesses are moving back to the area, and people are trying to help bring it back to life, but challenges with appraisals and financing are making it difficult to do so. I have purchased the building, on my own, have been cleaning, demoing and doing as much of the work I can, with the help of friends and family, but am still coming up short. My renovation estimates and the appraisal of the finished project aren't meeting, and that's why I'm here.
TO SUM IT UP: I need approximately $50K to fill in the gap that I face! (I know, YIKES) I have put my money, time and heart into this project, and will keep doing so. I am setting a lofty goal, but every dollar will get me closer to my dream. I will continue to find a way, please help me!
