The week of November 15th is National Philanthropy week. We thought that we would take this week to reflect on how the last eight months have impacted, not only ourselves but our community as a whole. There are many food banks and shelters that are looking for donations, and although we are staying inside and social distancing, there are still ways that we can contribute.
We will be running this GoFundMe, from November 15th- November 22nd, with hopes to raise money for My Sister's Place; a local women's shelter in London, ON.
My Sister's Place supports women through drop-in and wrap-around services. With a support system in place, My Sister's Place can provide practical needs, specialized services and development skills in one place.
