life changing assistance dog for Finley

Finley is a 3 year old little boy who struggles with day to day life at home with his family as he is non verbal autistic he has 5 siblings in the family home and it can be a very busy noisy place and for finley this atmosphere can be devastating as noise to him is enhanced upto many levels to what we are hearing this can make this poor little boy very stressed and feel unsettled he very often takes his self away and hides so he isn't in the room with others . It has been suggested a assistance dog would help him so much as the dog will be trained to help calm him and will also stay by his side like times when he is very stressed and anxious the dog will also make sure the little boy comes to no harm when he is upset and anxious as alot of the time if his parents or one of his siblings go towards him it can make him so much more unsettled and he will throw himself to the ground often hurting himself what these dogs do and how they help little ones like finley is amazing . There is a very long waiting list for these assistance dogs years in fact unless you are able yo pay yourself for the dog and the cost of the training which altogether is £8,660 as a family doing car washing fundraising days and a 20 mile walk they have managed to raise £1,745 but I'm just opening this just give page to see if we can help them get a little closer to the amount finley needs every penny helps and it would really help this little boy if this can be made possible for him . In life we need help from time to time and I just feel maybe there are people out there with kinds hearts that can just maybe give a little to help finleys family out as its been one thing after another for them over the last year on top of trying there best to raise money for finley during this pandemic they have now been issued with a eviction notice to leave there home as it was private and the landlord needs to sell the house the last thing finley needed was change in his life right now as he doesn't seem to take very well to changes at all the family are waiting to be rehomed by the council . Please everyone if you can help this family out as little as it may be it would mean so much to them The assistance dog will complete 2 years of intense training and is very expensive The dog will be trained to an ADI level (Assistance Dog International, Inc ) The total cost of the animal and training is going to be £8660 His dad and 4 uncles and family friend are now going to be doing a charity sky dive to raise the money we were going to do this separately but have now put it into one fundraiser. even the smallest donation can make a difference us ladies are doing a 20mile walk at the end of june along with a few members of public who have asked to join us and help raise money every donation we are so thankful for no matter how small it all helps us to get finley what he needs thank you kim x x now changed amount as we have raised some outside of the GoFundMe page x
