The Portland Alliance is a radical, underground newspaper which has been speaking truth to power since 1981. Throughout trials and tribulations, the paper was in print until June of 2011.
We have continued to publish online, but we need funds to repair or replace our old I-Mac and recover files or obtain Adobe Dreameaver publishing software. Monthly printing costs were [phone redacted] per month.
In these days when newspapers and nonprofits are struggling to survive, we hope to restore this progressive voice to the printed page. We need creative alternatives to the corporate press, now more than ever before. We appreciate your help!
No fear, no compromise and no surrender.
Together we make a difference. ~OO~
We need these funds to pay server fees, rent and allow us to use our resources to frame out the back porch for an Alliance Production office.
