Help With Expenses While Recovering

I was hospitalized on July 4 for back issues and have found out I have three herniated slipped discs. I had surgery on July 19 to correct the worst of the three discs so I could move and was hospitalized for a total of 17 days. The recovery time from this procedure is 12 weeks with continued physical therapy after that. I will be completely unable to work for 8-10 weeks, meaning I will have been off work from July through mid September when it is all said and done. I have no access to short term disability or other income during this time. We are in need of $4000+ to stay afloat during this time as our savings had already been depleted due to other emergencies throughout the past year. Anything helps and prayer is greatly appreciated.
