Help the Wright Family Adopt

As most of you know, Kayleigh and Chris have been trying to expand their family for about six years now but have faced many challenges due to infertility, even suffering two miscarriages. Kayleigh was devastated when the LDS Family Services, which made an extremely expensive process somewhat affordable, announced it would be no longer be working as a full scale adoption agency. But on March 2nd the Church announced they would be pairing up with Adoption.com and offering to pay a full year of profile fees (that's $2,388) for perspective parents, which would give them access to the worlds most used adoptive database. As a part of this registration process, Kayleigh and Chris have to undergo a home study. An adoption home study is a detailed written report compiled by a social worker regarding a family hoping to adopt. This will cost them $1,500. Adoption is an extremely expensive process, and we are hoping to help ease that process by taking away some of the financial burden. They are still hoping to try IVF so anything over our initial goal can apply to those costs...which are also up in the thousands.

 ***UPDATE*** We have reached our initial goal of $1,500 on 3/16! Kay and Chris are through the moon! And so are their families! We cannot thank you enough for all the generous support! The next chunk we would like to help them with is $675 for a post placement visit. This is after a child has been in their home for a set length of time, a social worker comes and basically evaluates how the child's adjustment into the home is going! So I've raised the overall goal to $2,175. I know if we can reach $1,500 in four days, we can easily raise an additional $675 :)

Kayleigh and Chris are meant to be parents, and there's no doubt that their children will be some of the most loved in the world.
