The Winner Family House Fire Fund

On the evening of October 8th LCDR Bill Winner, XO of The NOAA Ship Rainier house burnt down in the Santa Rosa, CA wild fires.  Laurabelle Winner escaped with their 3 children, and the cats wearing just pajamas jumped into the car and headed to safety, and are now living with family.  LCDR Winner was aboard the Rainier at the time, and is now reunited with his family.  They have lost everything, please help them on the long road ahead.  

Any donation is welcome and will be given to the Winner family on behalf of the NOAA Officers' Family Association - Newport, OR.  

Clothing, homeschooling & art supplies, toys, etc would help.  They have 2 girls that are 6 and 4, and a boy that is 1.5.  The kids will be turning 7, 4, & 2 this winter.

Just a little FYI:

My name is Kelli Walker, and I live in Newport, OR.  I am the Vice President of the NOAA Officers' Family Association - Newport, OR Chapter.   I know LCDR William Winner through my husband ENS Collin Walker, they both serve aboard the NOAA Ship Rainier.   CMDR Evans of the Rainier asked The NOAA Officers' Family Association if there is anything we can do to help, and I set up this page to help make it easier for people that want to donate money.  The Winner Family Fire Fund will be used by the Winner Family to help them rebuild their lives after losing everything in the Santa Rosa wild fires.  They need to buy numerous things including; clothing, appliances, furntiure, household goods, books, homeschooling supplies,  and toys.
