The Warfighter Project

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read about and support this cause.

The Warfighter Project will be raising funds to pay for five wheelchair confined combat wounded veterans to participate in the Valhalla's Forge Mentor Program and for the fabrication of five custom workspaces for these warriors to work from in 2019. They will be mentored by retired Navy SEAL and owner of Valhalla's Forge, Jimmy Hintzke. Jimmy will spend time with each warrior over the two month period investing in them personally to ensure that each participant is squared away. 

These warriors have dedicated their lives to serving this country and have sacrificed their bodies in the fight to protect our families and freedoms. These are high-speed individuals whose lives changed in an instant. What they sacrificed for had purpose and some have struggled to find that purpose in the private sector. While their bodies now have limitations, their hearts and minds still thrive depend on that sense of purpose. 

Jimmy and the mentor team at Valhalla's Forge can teach these warriors how to work with their hands in new ways. They will be trained on how to work with wood, metal, weapons, and historical artifacts. They will be a part of making shadow boxes for the fallen, Medal of Honor recipients, world leaders, and memorials for our country's heroes and their families; all while being given the tools needed to forge a healthy work and family life outside of the military.

They have fought for us, now it's time for us to fight for them!

I am inspired by the sacrifice that our warriors have given and I believe that we all have the ability and means to sacrifice for them. This is why I am asking for your support.  They put their bodies on the line for us, so now I will put my body on the line for them by competing in some of the hardest obstacle course and endurance races offered to the public.  In 2019, I will compete in the top tier events from BoneFrog, Spartan, Tough Mudder, and GoRuck. I will train for over 600 hours, compete in 9 events, climb over 175 obstacles, put in over 150 racing miles, and ruck for over 80 miles. In this venture for an amazing cause, I am personally asking for your financial support to get these warriors back to their purpose. 

100% of the proceeds that we gain through the GoFund Me campaign will go directly to the Valhalla's Forge Mentor Program. We will be posting financial reports along the way for complete transparency.
