The Ryan Klingenberg Fund

Spende geschützt
Ryan Klingenberg at age 41, on Thursday January 10th, 2019 was admitted to Abbott Northwestern Hospital in the ICU with stage 4 liver failure. Thank goodness he was only in the ICU for 5 days (which felt like forever) but he still remains under direct care with his nurses and doctors at Abbott. His liver is severely infected and not working like it should. The doctors reassure him/us it takes time, time and more time to cure the infection. While he is waiting for the liver to cooperate (we hope it does soon) He is working on regaining his strength and nutrition. He has showed us that his mind and sarcasm are still with him.

The doctors are unsure of his departure date at Abbott. We are ALL hoping sooner rather than later. The doctors are estimating 25% liver function with the hopes of someday a liver transplant.

Ryan is one of the hardest workers I know and gives 100% perfection with everything he lays his hands on. It is killing him not being able to be at work, home and living a healthy lifestyle. We know that Ryan has a heart of GOLD that will fight through this for himself, family and friends.

In this unfortunate phase of Ryan’s life, we are reaching out for any help we can give him. No matter how big or how small we appreciate any donation. ALL money that is donated will go 100% to medical bills, treatment costs and living expenses since he is not able to work. Let’s all show Ryan how much we love him and he is not in this alone. Let’s fight together!!

With lots of love,
Ryan and Tiffany, The Klingenberg’s and The Thun’s
