The Johanna Boni legal war chest

Johanna Boni was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident in Naxxar, Malta on January 5th 2016. She was imacted from behind by a large truck and was dragged for over 30 meters. Since the accident her mother, Josephine Mifsud has been in a protracted legal battle to bring those responsible for negligence that led to this event to justice. In the meantime, it was discovered that she was buried naked in a plastic bag when the undertakers were provided with implicit instructions on how to treat and dress her cadaver. This led to another long and arduous legal battle, made more complex by the fact that there is no precedent set by a similar case in the past. Josephine Mifsud is the sole bread winner of her family and is domiciled in Sicily, which means she and her husband have to travel to Malta for every inquiry and court hearing. The legal/travel bills are obviously piling up, so we are looking at lending a helping hand to this family that has been driven to the brink of insanity by the ineptitude of the Maltese legal system in the ensuing four years. The sum of 10000 euros for the gofundme drive would cover the legal fees on just one of the pending court cases. Any help you would be able to provide to this long suffering victim of tragic circumstance ill be immensely appreciated.
