THE INTERCONTINENTAL JFK 50 MILE CHALLENGE

Over the course of the month of April, I, John Mulcahy, and my 15 year old son Eoghan, will walk 50+ miles, finishing with a full 50 mile walk on the 30th April in Cork City, Ireland. Following this, we will then cross continents, and on the 29th June we will walk another full 50 miles along The Equator in The Rift Valley, Solai, Kenya, Africa.

Alongside this, Eoghan and I will then be volunteering for 10 days with Le Cheile Africa's various projects. The funds we raise from these walking challenges will go towards Le Cheile's 'Rainbow Haven' project - a rescue centre and refuge for women and families suffering from domestic violence issues.
